One-piece Plain Wheels are designed for bucket elevators using DIN 764 or DIN 766 chains with DIN 5699 and DIN 745 shackles, or CICSA LH chains with special ATS bucket attachments. The wheels support rear-mounted buckets with lateral rims, while a rimless version is available on request for side-mounted buckets. Each wheel uses special wear-resistant alloy steel and can receive additional induction hardening on the chain contact surface. Peripheral material discharge slots, machined bores and keyways are available according to customer requirements.
One-piece Plain Wheels use an integral construction for bucket elevators operating with DIN 764 and DIN 766 chains and DIN 5699 or DIN 745 shackles. They can also work with CICSA LH chains and special ATS bucket attachments.
The version with lateral rims supports rear-mounted buckets, while the version without lateral rims supports side-mounted buckets and is available on request.
The complete wheel uses special alloy steel with high wear resistance. Additional induction hardening can be applied to the chain contact surface. Peripheral slots for material discharge are also available. The bore and keyway are machined according to customer requirements.
