Individual Teeth are designed for toothed wheels operating with TOPONE LH chains. Each tooth uses special case-hardened NiCrMo alloy steel and mounts to the wheel hub with two screws and nuts. Type A and Type B configurations match LH chain sizes from LH 14 to LH 38. High-strength fasteners and precision-fitting tolerances support secure installation. Teeth can also be supplied with modified hole positions to increase the wheel pitch line diameter when operating with chains whose pitch has increased through wear.
Individual Teeth provide replaceable chain-engagement components for TOPONE LH toothed wheels. The product range includes Type A and Type B teeth for LH 14, LH 16, LH 19, LH 22, LH 26, LH 30, LH 34 and LH 38 chains.
Each tooth uses special case-hardened NiCrMo alloy steel and attaches to the wheel hub with two screws and nuts.
For Type A teeth, the screw inserted through the larger hole uses high-strength alloy steel with a minimum property class of 10.9 according to UNI EN ISO 898. Its precision fit follows DIN 609. The smaller-diameter screw has a minimum property class of 8.8.
For Type B teeth, both mounting screws use high-strength alloy steel with a minimum property class of 10.9 according to UNI EN ISO 898.
Different hole centre positions, identified by dimension E, are available. Changing the hole position allows the teeth to move radially, increasing the wheel pitch line diameter for chains whose pitch has increased beyond its nominal value. Depending on the chain size and the number of wheel teeth, radial adjustment can reach up to 30 mm.
